§ 74-116. Permit required; exception; display; fees.

No person shall construct, rebuild or repair any sidewalk except in accordance with the line, grade, slope and specifications established by the engineer, nor without first obtaining a written permit from the engineer, except that sidewalk repairs of less than 50 square feet of sidewalk may be made without a permit. The written permit shall be prominently displayed on the construction site. The fee for such permit shall be as provided for in section 40-41 of this Code.
