§ 66-6. Temporary signs.

  • Unilluminated temporary signs may be erected in accordance with the use, area, height and placement regulations of this section for a period of 30 days or less. Permits when required for such signs shall specify a maximum length of time such sign may be used, and such sign shall thereafter be removed unless such time is extended by the chief of inspections who shall be in charge of the enforcement of this chapter. Where there is more than one street or vehicle entrance to any premises, one temporary sign may be permitted for each such established entrance way. Illuminated or unilluminated mobile trailer-type temporary signs may be used provided they comply with all provisions of this chapter.
