§ 58-251. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50.00 and not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
