§ 58-220. Frequenting of places where illegal acts are conducted.

No person shall attend, frequent, operate or be an occupant or inmate of any place where prostitution, gambling, the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor, or where any other illegal or immoral business or occupation is permitted or conducted. No person shall knowingly become a visitor or remain at any place where illegal gambling is in progress.
