§ 40-142. Annual registration fee of vacant buildings.

The fee for the annual registration of a vacant building, under Chapter 18, "Buildings and Building Regulations", Article III, "Dangerous Buildings", shall be as follows:

Vacant less than six months ..... $  0.00

Vacant six months, but less than two years ..... 500.00

Vacant two years, but less than three years ..... 1,000.00

Vacant three years, but less than five years ..... 2,000.00

Vacant five years, but less than ten years ..... 3,500.00

Vacant at least ten years ..... $5,000.00, plus an additional
$500.00 for each year in excess of ten years
