§ 22-406. Dance studio; licenses required.

  • No person shall engage in the business of giving dancing lessons for hire without first obtaining a dance studio license. Any dance studio licensee desiring to hold a public dance in such dance studio shall first obtain a public dance license, as provided for in section 40-41, the issuance of which shall be subject to the provisions of this article for public dances and dance halls, which license shall be in addition to the studio license required in this section.
