§ 22-237. License required.

No person shall engage in a temporary business of selling goods, wares or merchandise at retail within the city from any lot, premises, building, room or structure, including railroad cars, without first obtaining a license therefor. The applicant must satisfy all of the conditions provided for in article II. "Licenses Generally" and is subject to all of the requirements contained in article II, in addition to the requirements contained in this article.
