§ 18-369. Violation of code as municipal civil infraction.

Latest version.

A person who violates any provision of the Uniform Swimming Pool Code, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, as amended in section 18-368, is responsible for a municipal civil infraction.
