§ 18-28. References.

Latest version.

References in the Uniform Building Code to the words "state" and "Michigan" shall mean the State of Michigan; references to "municipality" and "Muskegon Heights" shall mean the City of Muskegon Heights; references to the "municipal Charter" shall mean the charter of the City of Muskegon Heights and references to "local ordinances" shall mean the Muskegon Heights City Code.
