§ 14-116. License—Required.

Latest version.

No person shall own or operate any dog kennel in the city without having first secured a license therefor. For purposes of this division, any person who keeps more than four dogs six months old or over on any one property in the city shall be deemed to be operating a dog kennel. No such kennel shall be operated or maintained except as authorized by chapter 90.
