§ 14-36. Housing.

Dogs shall be kept or housed within the residence occupied by the owner or within a fenced area on the premises occupied by the owners. Any such fenced area shall provide a minimum of 25 square feet for each dog. The fence shall be of uniform construction and kept in good repair. The entire premises occupied by the owner including, but not limited to, any such fenced area shall be kept clean and manure shall be treated and handled in such manner as to control odor and flies.
