§ 10-26. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Amusement arcade means any place of business or establishment containing three or more amusement devices, provided that the term shall not include any business or establishment licensed by the state liquor control commission to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises.

Amusement device means any mechanical or electronic device which provides amusement or entertainment, which may be operated or set in motion upon the insertion of a coin or token, provided that the term shall not include any coin-operated device used solely for the playing and amplifying of music.
