§ 10-3. Ping pong tables; licensing; application of section.

Any person engaged in the operation of any place open to the public and having ping pong tables available for the use of the public, whether for a fee or otherwise, shall obtain a license under this chapter. This section shall not apply to public, religious, or charitable institutions. The fee for such license is provided in chapter 40 of this Code.
